The Parihuela is a fish and seafood soup typical of the Peruvian coast. It consists of a soup based on marine products such as shells, crabs, choros, octopus and various types of fish, such as sole, grouper, cheetah, and cojinova, seasoned with a spicy base of Peruvian dressing, yellow pepper, aji panca, pepper, lemon and aromatic herbs, such as coriander. Due to its simplicity and succulence, it is a popular soup.
