About delivering your food

Orders are generally started to be prepared after confirmation of the respective payment, respecting the order in which our website processes them.

When your order is ready to be picked up, we will contact you by the means you have provided.

At the time of picking up your order, you should check at that time, if your request has been correctly addressed. If there is any disagreement, our staff will take care of solving possible disagreement.

Our sales are final and we do not refund money, however, depending on each circumstance, we can offer credits for future purchases.

In the case of orders for home delivery, we use external delivery providers and we will base ourselves on the conditions and policies of these companies. You are free to choose the operator that you like.

When our kitchen is full of orders, we will communicate the delays that this could cause or we can also temporarily suspend the reception of new orders.
